Delete your account
You can delete your Vaultifie account here without installing the app. We will email a confirmation code to prove the address is yours, then remove the account.
This cannot be undone
- Your profile, logs, ratings, reviews, lists and favourites are erased
- Your comments, tags and minigame history are erased
- Your username is released and may be taken by someone else
- Any Sign in with Apple connection is revoked with Apple
One thing is kept: a security log holding the IP address and date of account creation, sign-ins, sign-outs, credential changes and this deletion. It contains none of your content and is not linked to your profile once the account is gone. We keep it for as long as it is useful for fraud prevention and to answer lawful requests. This is the only exception, and it is described in our Privacy Policy.

If an account exists for that address, a six-digit code arrives within a minute. The code expires after ten minutes.

Your account has been deleted
Everything associated with it has been removed. If you installed the app, you can delete it from your device now.
